A native of Ohio, Dr. Bixler received his B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Western Kentucky University where he was a three-year letter-winner, All-American and Academic All-American center on the football team. He returned to Ohio to study medicine and received his M.D. from the University of Cincinnati with a strong focus on primary care and preventive medicine.
Dr. Bixler completed an Air Force residency affiliated with the University of California Davis at Travis Air Force Base where he served as Chief Resident. In his first assignment at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma, Dr. Bixler quickly ascended from staff physician to element leader to director of clinical services overseeing 20 providers and the care of 30,000 beneficiaries. Dr. Bixler was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal for his medical care of over 7500 deployed troops in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and the Meritorious Service Medal upon honorable completion of his military commitment.

Native of St. Louis, MO. Recieved her BS in Nursing at Maryville University in St Louis. She moved to Spring Hill in 1997. She has ten years hospital nursing experience with focus in cardiac, pulmonary, and oncology. Jane went on to recieve her MSN from University of Tampa, graduating Sigma Theta Tau. Nationally recognized board certified by the ANCC. She has been practicing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in private practice for four years. Treatment focus is on nutrition, wellness and prevention. Professional organizations are the AANP, FNPN, FNA. Married, and enjoys spending free time with family, cooking, exercising and reading.
